Established in 2011 Mediprojex specialises in delivering project management services to the healthcare environment.

This is primarily in managing the delivery and installation of equipment into the NHS Hospital and Private Healthcare sector.

With the background knowledge and experience gained in engineering and layout design of buildings and healthcare facilities for over 15 years and a real understanding of Healthcare requirements, Mediprojex has evolved to provide project management to oversee healthcare equipment installations from point of sale to "GO LIVE" clinical use.

 

Experience in design and project managing a wide range of big equipment installations within the Radiology departments along with mammography trailer design and commissioning along with robotic pharmacy design and installations has enabled a clear understanding of managing and layout designs of Healthcare installations. 

Modular Healthcare build is also a field where knowledge is available.

 

For the initial new equipment requirement becoming reality, there are many tasks that need to be addressed and procedures put into place. New equipment has specific requirements for it to work, space, power, cooling, structural loadings, lighting patient flow, user comfort and access.

By spending the time during first visit gives confidence in reassuring that we are listening to the clients needs.

 

By understanding the restraints and providing an accurate scope of works coupled with timescales, experience, knowledge and professionalism the aim is to provide the managements of the project to ensure the project end date is maintained.

 

Problem solving and assertive action for times when unknown elements occur is managed and dealt with to adjust and maintain milestone dates.

The client wants to know accurate real information - Communication is key, and regular progress updates need to be maintained.
